You want your team to change. You want them to take part in a change project. But what can you do, if they are not motivated to follow you? What can you do, if your team lacks motivation to change?
Well, You need to help them find their inner motivation.
You need them to see and feel that the change project leads to an attractive future for them. Then you have a good chance that they connect with it. So it is about why. Why should they change? Why should they be part of the change project?
In this video I´ll show you how you can help your team to feel inspired and motivated to commit to change.

What if the "WHY" is ridiculous to even me, the manager? It's something forced down our throats by upper management and mid tier managers need to act like we're so interested in the change and motivate our subordinates. Please help...

Not "every why" is "The Why". If you ask a company's owner the reason you're working for, he'll most probably answer: to make money. It's a very difficult task, I've spend myself many hours wondering without getting there most of the times. I guess your business' purpose is not pictured yet. Our brain seeks for easy answers, childish some times, such as: - why is the earth round? - Because it's in the books. And you get pretty much the same answer on why the earth is flat. Business plans need a lot of effort and time to become solid.
