How to install a Badger Ordanance C1 Modular Safety!

Күн бұрынI purchased this safety and couldn’t find any videos how to install it. It ended up only taking about 10 minutes and was super easy. It does cost a pretty penny but it is rock solid and in my opinion worth every penny. Hopefully you found this video helpful!

Thanks for making the video!! Slacking on installing mine on my current lower build. I have a radian on my first lower build. Changes too easy for my liking; or maybe I just got too used to my issued M4’s mil-spec safety…

Did your radian feel, just loose? Mine switches too easy for my liking.. picked up a C1 for my next build. Badger Ordnance makes some quality products

@@BrianSciranka-hn5xb my radian was tight I even tried setting it to the 45 degree position that I don’t prefer and had the same feel. The badger ordnance has a much smoother/positive feeling overcoming the detent

The Vortex is beautiful. Aren't you worried about vibration while working on it, or are those scopes ultra durable? I don't know how sensitive the lens inside of them are.

The razors are super awesome scopes! Well worth the money. With this scope I wasn’t too worried because I wasn’t hitting it or directly bouncing it off my workbench. And also Vortx has the absolute best warranty in the business! They will fix or replace any optic no matter what happened to it or who owned it. Great company! Also the razor editions are made here in the USA so they are a little bit better quality than some of the other vortex optics.

Is it the original pin that came with it? If you have a little roll pin punch it should go right in. That’s really odd.

@@momanddadplusus yep, tried like 4 different ones. Fought like hell and finally got them through. I got it almost all the way in and it wouldn’t go any further so I hit it pretty good and scratched it a bit but fuck it, it’s done lol

Aw it wasn’t that bad lol. I was definitely surprised though when I received it because I never put a safety together with a roll pin haha.
