I knew I’d need to install a heavier box but wasn’t sure how to go about it. I was hoping to avoid having to go into the attic because I have a low cottage-style roof. Your sigh and the look on your face as you came out of the attic… yeah, I can relate. Uncomfortable as it might be, it just makes sense to get in there and secure that brace good and snug. Thanks for a very well-done demonstration.

Thanks for the video. I did not know a heavier box was required but, thankfully, my electrician did. I figured reinforcing the support was sufficient. I am building a new cottage & want it done correctly so I've hired tradespeople for the construction.
