I bought a 54 inch KF I plow for my cforce 800 xc. The plow mount mounts in the middle under the machine. What I like about this is there is 4 nuts welded into the frame to bolt the plow mount too. I Purchased a 54 inch because I do a 4 foot wide sidewalk with it too, any bigger is to wide. Plow is wide enough when it’s turned full right or left that it covers the tires so you’re not driving over the snow that you’re plowing. I spray it down with WD-40 it will stop it from rusting and the snow doesn’t stick to it. I have the plow blade set up about a quarter inch off the driveway. I do all pavement or cement no gravel plowing. Another thing you can do to save your skid shoes as take them off and build up with weld so they don’t wear out. The winch cable on mine goes straight up and down easier on the winch and cable.

Steel cable will sometimes bind up in the cold. You might want to change it to synthetic rope. And do a video on it. You can order it on Amazon for less than $20. Love your videos. Merry Christmas!

Looks like a well built plow. It should stand up well for you. I have a gravel driveway also but what I do to prevent possible gravel relocating is pack down the first few inches of snow. That way you have a base above the top of the gravel and you can keep the snow cleared down to the base each time you plow. So the only time I put my shoes/skids on is in the spring when the snow starts getting soft and the plow digs in easier. Saves a lot of excess snow build up. Just thought I would mention it.

I used a kfi plow on my old sportsman and it is a nice strong plow. I have since bought a cf 950z. I thought about getting another for the 950 but I put a boss vplow on my pick up. Still might just so I can play in the snow.

Great video! I'm looking to get a different plow as my current plow setup is too reliant on the cable winch and is always tripping and snapping the cable. I have a pretty long gravel driveway, and I see this plow looks to plow it with no problem. I might have missed it, but is it listed on which KSI plow system you used?

That plow looks really heavy duty, and not like my cheap one. I see your spring is also really strong. Think your plow will be really good.

Your cable will snap over time. Kfi makes a bracket that raises the winches attachment point that will solve that.
