A couple of years ago, I purchased a Tikka picatinny rail directly from you guys and I had an issue installing the action screws. I contacted your customer service, thinking that I was sent the wrong screws. Your customer service rep insisted that the screws were correct and I was installing them incorrectly. He told me to clean out the threads of the action (which I did prior to calling) and then proceeded to brag about the thousands of units that were sold and no one has ever had this issue... so, I decided to purchase a thread pitch gauge along with different screws. Sure enough, the screws that you guys sent to me had the incorrect thread pitch. The replacement screws were installed without any issues, but I did have to cut the screws to the proper length. I spent way too much time and money trying to install the simpliest thing on my rifle and all this could have been prevented if I would have been sent replacement screws. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way you guys handled it left a bad taste in my mouth. I wish you guys the best of luck, but I probably will never be buying from you guys again.

I sincerely apologize for your experience. This is quite atypical of what our customers experience with our products. During the pandemic, we lost our primary screw supplier and had to go with a second tier company. The person you spoke with was in charge of inspecting the screws when they arrived. We have a solid supplier now who is making our screws to the proper specification. Please watch the business update videos I have posted to the channel. To be quite blunt, that guy was an idiot and misrepresented the company in many ways. He did a massive amount of damage to the company and I am very relieved he is gone. If you watch the business update videos, you will understand more.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service, especially advice from MT. From recoil lugs to getting a new bolt stop to allow for greater cartridge overall length for feeding, I am sorry you had a poor experience. The quality of the products I have bought is great.
