I pull the head up and apply a spring clamp to the shaft. I change the nozzle, screw the diffusion screw down then remove the clamp.

quite HELPFUL! wish id seen this two days ago! but its funny. this video is entitled "how to install a nozzle..." but thats by far, the least detailed segmnt of the instruction ; )

Nice video. I think you meant to say, "insert the tool then turn 1/4 turn to pull the head up." I'm pretty sure 1/2 turn will come out of the head.

How do you adjust the left position if the sprinkler head is already in the ground?

If it's way off on the left stop you can remove the internal assembly and rotate a bit, but you still may need to twist the head on the nipple to get the left stop right on.

My garden is 7 x 5 meter with a tap with a flow rate of 25.7 liters per minute. Can a single sprinkler be enough to cover the whole area?

You could put a single sprinkler in a corner that would cover the 7 meter length, but you would have over watering on the 5 meter side. You have around 7 gpm (gallons per minute) of available flow. The ideal way to water the rectangle would be to put a Rain Bird rotor (3504 or 5004) in each corner with a 1.5 gpm nozzle in each head.

Hi Kerry I love your video on sprinkler repair but I have a question I use all rainbird products but in your professional opinion what is a nother good brand 2 use timer and sprinkler

I like the Toro 300 series stream rotor for mid-size lawn areas. They look really cool when watering. I like the Rain Bird ESP timers best but I also like the Hunter SRC Plus and Pro-C timers. If I couldn't use Rain Bird spray heads I'd probably go with Hunter.
