Anytime you have a chlorine tablet feeder it is very important to install a corrosion resistant check valve in front of the heater to keep the chlorine from eating out the heat exchanger.

You need a bigger tongue and groove pliers , next size up for those bigger pipes

Excellent work again by the brothers! BTW, it would be a good idea while you have that junction box open to tape over that white hot wire as we all know it’s not a neutral…use black or red tape. 👍👍 Didn’t you have a Knipex automatic wire stripper Daniel?

I find it is terrible on larger wire gauges. And after using it for a while, doesn’t work on thermostat wire.

Which Klein clamp meter do you have? The CL800? Do you like it? Great video! Kinda feel bad for people with these pool heaters. From yours and Mike's videos, there seems to be a lot that die soon or something breaks.
