hi, what is the inside of package looks like ? for type 11 radiator to make sure no crush during transportation? and How many type11 can you put on the tray?

Hi at 3:02 you mention a 100mm clearance at either side. Does this mean a radiator should not be installed beside a door where the TRV ends up coving the architrave? Thank you

What size spanner in mm did you use to tighten the air vent and plug?

Hi, Thanks for this video. I have a problem, my Stelrad radiators are the same model as this one. How do I remove the top grille please so that I can clean the convection fins? Stay safe.

Worst thing about this radiator is that I cannot remove bottom c clip to remove top grill without damaging it, any help stelrad?

I have exactly the same issue and been trying to remove it for some time but it looks like no one knows! Been on forums and others videos. Zero help. So annoying.

I check the official instructions to remove radiator cover, there was a tool look like spanner to turn the C chip 180degree to open the side panel, I contacted Stelrad staff said yes it has a special tool to open C chip but no longer for selling for few years, and suggest me use flat head screwdriver to try , it is non sense to use a screw to replace a special tool, and i contact them again, another staff told me it no need to use any tools to remove/turn it off 180degree, it’s simple install and remove the c chip, i spend an hour to try with 2 flat head screwdriver but fail, and told me no need tools nowadays, what a joke
