Mistakes that were made while installing hilti anchor bolt: 1. Machine was vibrating way too much which may lead to loose fitting. 2. You skipped video cleverly when he was hammering anchor bolt with the help of hammer. Bolts were not going in even after applying enough force, and you did cut them off as we can see on 4:22 , which creates doubt that your drill bit was quite old and has lost sharpness on tip. 3. Fitter was hammering on nut after keeping them on edge which I totally understand that he wanted to save bolts thread. But if you notice that those anchor bolts dont have thread outer side and have less diameter also. That is because you can hammer the bolts, since there is no thread outside have lesser dia, you nut can come outside without any trouble. 3. You must have to tight nuts and bolts with Ring spanner only. Not with D-Spanner.

yes ,I appreciate all the work done at field but not getting the anchor bolts red mark as close as possible to concrete surface is very crucial as this is explained above, it is not an acceptable excuse like the driller couldn't get deeper..

जैसा एंकर बोलते हुए बता रहे हैं कि एक बोल्ट टाईट करने के बाद क्रॉस में उसके सामने वाला बोल्ट टाईट करना चाहिए लेकिन वीडियो में जो व्यक्ति बोल्ट टाईट कर रहा है वो ऐसा नहीं कर रहा है इसलिए आपको पहले अपने इस साथी को भी ट्रेंड करना चाहिए।

Bhai kya is bolt fastener ke prayog do pillar ke bich me ek aur pillar daalne kar sakte hai.mere yahaan 21 feet ki doori par 9×15" pillar hai.hum first + 2nd floor daalna chahte hai. Is bolt fastener beem me lagaa kar nichey aur upar pillar first floor ke liye kar salte hai .kripaya bataaye

Deer ish situation mein aap rebaring beam ka use kar sakte hai, Anchor fasteners se jada achha rahega. Rebaring ke bare mein bhi video hamare channel mein available hai aap dhekh sakte hai.

Dear very good question, As per Anchor Bolt Fastener technical specification, already minimum depth of Anchor Bolt given & already marking in Anchor Bolt minimum requirements depth, but different Dia wise depth & strength change hogi ish liye aap ki requirement ke anusar aap ko anchor bolt use karna hai, aur video mein bhi depth ke bare mein bataya Gaya hai

छज्जा की सरिया को एक्सपोज कर के steel को welding करना है उसके बाद आप को horizontel beam ka support भी देना होगा sir ji . यदि बालकनी की लंबाई और चौड़ाई ज्यादा है तो .. और यदि स्टील की बालकनी बनाना चाहते हैं तो एंकर फास्टनर बोल्ट लगा कर भी आप कर सकते हैं..
