The problem is that Windows is failing to complete the installation of Hyper-V, resulting in the system undoing the changes during the restart process. Note that i have activated Virtualization in my Bios and it is ON on my Task manager.

Intersting , to me connected directly , restart your internet modem and try again , restart your pc also , if you use an VPN maybe this will Cause the problem, if you dont use an VPN than try using it (free or premium try kaspersky vpn free )
