You can download the apk file from apkmirror. It's one of the few trusted source for downloading apps on Android outside of the Play Store.

You can install the app by following the instructions in the video. No matter the app installation process would remain the same.

That shouldn't be happening. Make sure your phone and watch are connected to the same Wi-Fi network when you are following the steps. If issue still persist then comment back with more details.

I was able to play videos of the feed while testing this method. However, I don't remember whether or not reel was working. You will have to test it again because app performance can improve or get worse with updates .

@@swagergamer6030 you can use bugjaeger app and use its interactive shell to type command wm density 200 that will decrease the magnification and then you can scan and then use command wm density reset to reset back to default magnification

Just open the app using the app icon. If it doesn't work or crahses immediately then it won't work on smartwatch.

I haven't tested it myself so why don't you test it and tell me whether or not it worked.

Sorry for the late reply, your watch & phone both need to be connected to the same router. Otherwise, IP address won't be shown and you won't be able to install apps as well.

you need to activate developer option first

Just figured it out, use wireless debugging with the IP. On bug Yeager. First thing you gotta do is connect the connection from your watch and once that happens, put in the IP main IP that showed up when you went into the wireless debugging. And boom, there you go, you connected.

When you first go in there, you're the got to connect Wi-Fi obviously have to be on the same Wi-Fi because it or it won't work. Which I had problem with it.

So then, after you connect it, it should show up on the watch, and the way you connect to it is put in the IP that shows up after you connected it, it should be the same IP with a different number and a code which won't not show up unless your pairing it. Which just what I had to do.

Apkmirror is a good/trusted site. However, you can also install the app already installed on your phone to your watch as well. I will be updating my reply with steps later but feel free to explore the app yourself till then.

And, if you don't then simply tap on the plug 🔌 like icon on the top right corner after typing the IP address. Giving permissions to Easy Fire Tool will not require any additional permission to install apps on the watch .

You can try & report back if its a Wear OS watch then it should work.

Hey,we haven't tested it in the Watch 5 but it should work in my opinion. Are you entering the correct IP address within the app? If yes than I would suggest waiting for the developer to update it to support Wear OS 3.5.

It works with my watch 5 pro.

1️⃣First, download apk file of whichever app you want to install from a trusted source, I would recommend apkmirror (www.apkmirror.com/). 2️⃣After connecting the watch to the app, tap on the custom apk file option that you see on the first screen. 3️⃣Tap on the select file option, this will open the file manager on your phone (depending on the smartphone brand UI may defer). 4️⃣Go to the Downloads folder as by default all the downloaded files are saved theirs on Android. 5️⃣Select the apk file you want to Install and this will start the transfer process. 6️⃣Make sure you don't touch the screen or the display while the transfer is in the progress otherwise transfer will get canceled. (I would recommend increasing the screen timeout.) 7️⃣Once the file is transferred app will be automatically installed on your watch. Not all apps will run as they are made for mobile. Unfortunately, you cannot fix this issue maybe try again after future updates to see if compatibility improves.

Sadly it is only for android as ios dont support third party apps

Some works and some don't because they are not optimised for Wear OS. I would recommend looking into the light version such as facebook lite & Instagram lite if regular apps are not working.

Not all apps are supported as they are designed to be run on smartphones.

App installation might have failed that's why it is not be showing up in the app drawer. Is it happening with all the apps or a particular one? There are types of apk files for different android devices. So try installing different apk file for the same app, it probably should fix the issue.

@@wearholic I've tried multiple Instagram apks but still the same and also got one Instagram lite which was running for like 5-10 mins but then whenever I open it it just shows me white screen

Safe for Watch 4 or security? To answer your first question, yes it safe. Apps will either work or crash most of the time. Security, it is only safe if you are downloading and installing apps from trusted sources like apkmirror.

Yes, it was working at the time of making this video.

Download the different apk version of the same app. There are different version of apk for different types of devices you will have to find which one works with Watch 4. Usually you can spot the difference by x86 & arm64 written in the file name. You will have to identify which apk version worked with your watch 4 and note it down somewhere. As that particular version will always get installed without any issue. Unfortunately, I didn't note it down and it has been quite some time since I have used this feature. Otherwise, I would have shared the same. Do tell which version worked for you when you find it.

You might be typing the IP address wrong. Make sure there isn't a typo in the IP address you have written.

Issue seem to be with Apk file you have download. Download different apk of the same app and try again.

I write my number but there is no confirm button to press and open the app. I tried to go down with my fingers and the rotating bezzel but it don't worked. Do you know something I can do?

It's not a webpage, this method is made by Google for developers to test their apps before releasing it to public or submitting on Play Store. So you can install full android apps but there is no guarantee that all of them will work. If you are facing problem comment, I will try my best to solve the issue.
