@@LayerZlayer2000 4090 peaks close to 500w non oc, close to 600w oc. Your processor and everything else would be cutting it close to 850. Especially if you oc it. And since the 4090 costs a ton, people will likely either use the ryzen 9 7950x (peak 230w) or the i9 13900k(peak 290w). Leaving 60w-120w to spare worst case scenario for everything else. I'd rather not cut it close and use a 1000w, plus the efficiency would be a lot better too. Although if you just game, it'll probably never peak both. Just be wary of power sways from low wattage to high wattage quickly. Some PSUs can't handle it.

@@KevinEF btw of course you won't have that much for 4090 you have like 200-480w i am playing at 4k ultra 120fps and even with Raytracing with and ryzen 7 5800x... But yeah i get your Point but the lowest recommended is an 850w psu oh and btw yeah my gigabyte gaming oc arrived on Christmas was 2066€

Unless he didnt use it. Gigabyte 4090's come with support bracket that is secured to the case by the motherboard and holds it up that way.

well one suggestion : use bracket to reinforce the GPU, GPU that big are recommended to use a vertical mode, kinda scared me to see the pcie slot breaks down because the GPU is too heavy to hold by a single bracket

I just installed the 4070 Super Aorus Master, in a Lian Li 011 Air Mini. That thing is so big and heavy, I decided to use the anti-sag bracket. Man... the bracket didn't fit in the case lol The L Shape part was hitting the front fans. I had to bent at 90 degrees, something like 20 cm of the braket. I'm not gonna lie.. I was freaking out lol

Forgive my ignorance. I didn't see the connecting to your motherboard part. Do you just slide it into the pcie slot? It can't be that simple right?

Yes, it is :) Just make sure to open the clip first and there should be a positive click when the card locks in to place. There is an optional support bracket to install to make it sag less at the end, but my case doesn't have the proper mounting points for it so I went without. Also this was mostly a joke video lol but it really is that simple.

From what I've seen and read, best case scenario with ReBAR is a very small, basically negligible fps gain. Worst case is you actually lose fps. So I haven't bothered with it.

@@digeratigaming Nvidia has it set so that only games that will gain performance have rebar enabled when you turn rebar on. It's about 23 games as of now and is worth doing since it's free performance.

@@Troonielicious I did, but that’s not all you have to do lad, you also have to flash your vbios on your gpu in order to activate it, that’s what I had to do on my old 3070 fe, each gpu manufacture has to provide software to do it for their own gpu and gigabyte still has not released theirs so I cannot do it, I was asking to see if he knew anything in it

Corsair 4000 cooler case will install just fine, Plenty of room and its rgb heaven with top cooling and cable management for optimal airflow, Cheap too !

@@mixingmax I ended up using a PNY 4080 on a MSI B550M PRO-VDH WiFi ProSeries Motherboard with no issues with connecting the "power" pins on the bottom of the board. Was able to squeeze it all into a Thermaltake S100 Tempered Glass Snow Edition Micro-ATX mini-Tower Computer Case. I did have to mount my 3 front 120 fans in front of the case fan bracket to clear the length of the 4080. Still came out clean and pretty good thermals. Even better with MSI afterburner to undervolt the PNY 4080. I think a thicker 4080 or 4090 might cause "power" pin clearance issues
