Google tag manager states for the second code, "paste this code immediately after the opening tag:" but you put it in the footer. Which is it, or doesn't matter?

Depends on how you are adding the GTM. This is the processing using the plugin.

I though the google tag script has to be BEFORE header not within it?? Is there no way to do this without using that plugin? I am currently using the Flatsome Theme with its own UXBuilder. IN my custom CSS settings, it only shows "All Screens" as a box to enter code, which I have no idea where that would be placed exactlly? Does Gutenberg or any other back end settings without plugins can be used?

Hi, can this be done with 'Canva Websites?'. I have a landing page website with Canva and a link on the page to Google Forms (to gather guest data). Being a drag and drop website, can the tag text work with Canva and if so, how? My Google Ad is saying my 'website needs a Google Tag' & that I need to set up 'Conversion Management’, May 2023! I'm not sure if by not having these up and running whether my Ads will be shown to people?? Look forward to your insights, Gary

Question, if I cannot set up / connect Google Tags nor Conversation Measurement from Google Ads to my Canva Website, do you think my Ads will still be shown to people, If I am paying for them? Finally, are tags and conversion measurement that important? I only want to collect guest data (have links to Google Forms), but also want people to see my Ad and connect with us. If it is incredibly important I may have to change Website platform provider. Look forward to your insights, Gary
