Some states and provinces allow a maximum limit of four lights on the front of a car while on roads. Fog lights would make 6 lights if on with high beams. That's why they shut off.

Thx for the video. I have a 2nd gen highlander and have blurry light assembly with halogen bulbs. Definitely want to upgrade to LED but going to have to get whole new assemblies. Do I have to have an LED specific light assembly or can I buy a halogen assembly and simply put on LED bulbs? There’s some aftermarket LED light assemblies but I haven’t been too impressed with the selection.

I’ve noticed you have removed the dust caps for the headlights. Was it because the bulbs didn’t fit along with the factory dust caps? Has it created problems without the dust caps?

@KLEANTRIX, first I want to think you, you first got me into LED bulbs and the simplicity of changing them. But I still have a struggle, every now and then I get a set and they blow out my fuse. I guess they're pulling too much power, I'm not getting them bright or high wattage so I don't know what to do. I have to say that I usually try to get ones with fans and driverless. Is that what the ballast in HIDs are for or the drivers in LEDs... HELP please.

Did you see any flickering in DRL mode with the Cougar 9005 LEDs? If yes, how did you resolve the issue? your videos are very interesting and helpful

Some cars need a decoder. Just contacted, the company. They said that if you are having issues contact them on Amazon! They want to make sure you have a good solution.

Oh that's easy. Contact the company and they should show you how to remove the flickering.

@Kleantrix you use an H11 for the fog light even though it technically requires an H16? I have a 2016 so making sure I can put a H11 in the fog without issue... tia!

Dude i just want to say something... I saw a lot of bulbs you use and the led chips of bulbs you use dont look right... Just go look at headlight revolution videos because they explain it good and that is true becaus i tried a lot of different bulbs too

Can’t stand very bright lights blinding. Most street lights lights up so much you actually can drive with no lights. SMH then some are driving with one headlight out. Just waiting for the other headlight to go out while they driving in the dark.

Bro you keep overpaying for the same headlights try Ali express They have the same bulb for much less

Great question man. I have tried some of the bulbs on Ali Express. They sometimes even look like the same bulb. However trust me they are not the same and the light out put is not there.
