If you replace the old bulbs with LED bulbs, you must make sure that the LEDs are error free. This means that the bulbs have a built-in resistor that fools the warning system. Otherwise you will get an irritating message that the bulbs are faulty, when all they are doing is drawing less current.

Don't use LED at all. LED bulbs will mess with your SAM modules and your car will be doing a light show eventually.

i never had any issues had leds in alot of the car with no dash lights for years
