There are several differences between what this video shows and a 2007 6.7L diesel. Notably, you don't need to remove the washer fluid/coolant overflow tanks (which is a REAL pain) and you can greatly simplify the procedure by removing the upper radiator support from the frame. The radiator shroud is 2 pieces in the 2007 and doesn't need to be removed at all .. part slips out with the radiator, the other part remains attached to posts which are mounted to the engine. Those hints will save a 2007 owner about 4 hours of struggling with unnecessary work.

I ran into that issue on my 07 5.9. I only spent a few minutes fucking with it before I just took the cross member off.

Thank You. I damaged my radiator when changing the serpentine belt. Yep, I let my breaker bar from removing tension on the pulley, hit the radiator. Feeling dumb. But your video showed me how to remove the radiator and introduced me to your brand.

Are they pressure tested before shipping? Any concerns or instructions for putting steel bolts back into your aluminum rad? How do you justify 4 times the cost of stock?

The radiators are all pressure tested during quality control to ensure the wont have issues out of the box. The bolts used in the radiator are generally stainless and safe to install, if not we will generally include the hardware.

So I just got done replacing a boat load of other parts and my radiator has a leak. So knowing that I'll have to replace it, don't have a choice, I was looking it over. Looks like you could remove the power steering cooler and transmission cooler without removing the intercooler? Zip tie the trans cooler up to the frame and set the power steering cooler on something. Then continue to remove the radiator very easily. Any flaws to this plan? It looks like I've got the room to do it. I also have the radiator over flow tank in the back passenger side corner. Not attached to the radiator. 05 Dodge ram 2500 5.9 here.
