thank you this was very help. I had to download the zip file for jdk. Then when I downloaded the the NetBeans IDE it seemed to download the jdk again. But since your explanation and tutorial were so clear I was able to complete. I am very new to Java so everything was new to me - even the simple terms. I appreciate the screen shots and verbal and visual notations along the way. In summary - THANK YOU
