Wouldn't it make a lot of sense to fasten the braces to the panel before it is erected and have the crane do the lifting of the brace?

Why not have a C clamp at the to of the bracing pole whereby it simply slips over the top of the panel instead of making holes in the surface of panel to fix the support post...

So after erecting the panels, they fill the bottom with concrete to keep it in place??

In England that would be classed as an illegal lift. Not allowed to use a crane with two blocks together anymore. Silly health and safety gets frustrating
