Hi..pls help...I have the same laptop...when I put my laptop in sleep mode, there is continuous ticking/clicking from inside the laptop ... The sound is from the ram side.. no ticking sound weh laptop is on normaly . Only when it is in sleep mode..pls help..I'm getting very anxious.

I believe 64gb is the most, but you need to check the manual to confirm that.

I believe it is 64gb. However, You would have to read the specs page from Dell.com to know for sure.

the green card is the wifi card, and the blue card is the ssd. the arrow on the right pointing to m.2 means that there's another m.2 slot there.

Sorry, I am not sure how to fix your problem. I would try and reset your Inspiron to its factory settings. This should restore it to when it was new. One you have restored it, try re-installing Win 10 Pro. Also, check out Linus Tech Tip videos for more help. Good luck.

Rewatch my video and around the 4:25 point in the video I point out the 2 NVME SSD drives installed in the laptop. You might be restricted on the physical size of the NVME drive. The ones installed are very short and it doesn’t look like there is room for the long NVME drives.

No problems at all. They work great and were recognized as soon as I booted up the laptop. No need to configure the BIOS
