Oh when you transferier the image to the button, you need to press until the handle goes all the way down!

The only thing I can think of is that you're missing Mylar

It took a few tries to master this tool. The one thing that you need to keep in mind is that if you forget the shield and mess up the paper and the clear film you need to start over . So first load the metal shield, then the art work followed by the clear plastic and simply press down and it will load in the upper die. Then load the backing, keep in mind if you use a metal backing some tools require using the green washer provided. If the backing is made of plastic you don't need the washer.
