Hi Robot, thanks for posting this video. It came just at the right time for me. I have a fly screen on my GTS and one of the securing bolts didn't want to tighten. After watching your video I removed the screen and found that one of the bolts had not been pushed fully into the mounting tube inside the handlebars. On tightening, the plastic sleeve on the bolt was been pushed up onto the cone bushing, splaying the ends of the plastic sleeve. I managed to crimp the sleeve straight again and this time I managed to push it fully into the mounting tube. Thanks once again, Andrew.

just wondering how tight to tighten it to the vespa? i think i have a newer model tall windscreen, doesnt have the locks on the end. can you over tighten them? thanks!

Hi mate. Thanx for the video. Great source. In installation manuel there are torque values for the big bolt M17 like you say or somethin. I dont have a tork adjustable wrench and just tighten it by how it feels. Should we obey torque values or just tighten it by the way. Thanx

I'm the unfortunate owner of an s50 with a terrible bog-lack of throttle response that no bike mech seems interested in! But that aside where does the end of the round end of the air duct hose go? the one with square box end near he spark plug shroud. I can't find it on google and its driving me insane!!! I just bought a Piaggio 150 with a full Windscreen. It fell off after only 100km. I don't think the installation is a job for me. Dealer ordered a new one.
