How to install a kit that enables Wireless Apple CarPlay and AndroidAuto in Porsche Cayman 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 model years.
The kit supports upgraded sound system for GTS and GT4 model.
The kit supports touch screen both for Apple CarPlay and AndroidAuto.
List of Version 2 improvements:
- Wireless AndroidAuto is now supported
- no need for a separate microphone for Siri or Google Assistant, now works through the original car microphone
- no external module (just PCB installation), less wiring
- Synchronization between car lighting and screen night mode

Will this require the phone to be plugged in? Right now GT4 has bluetooth but for phone calls only

If you have the bose audio then you need to take the green optical audio cables, the two green wires in the botton right corner of the main box and then attach them to the PCM in the same position. If you see a red light shining from the back of the PCM connector, this is the problem. I had the same issue and I wasted 3 hours redoing everything and then I found this info.
