Summary:
In this podcast episode, I had the privilege of talking with Dr Joe Dispenza, a New York Times best-selling author, researcher, lecturer, and corporate consultant, whose research has led him to develop a practical formula to help people transform their lives. Dr Joe’s passion can be found at the intersection of the latest findings from the fields of neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics to explore the science behind spontaneous remissions. He integrates that knowledge to teach people how to heal their bodies of health conditions, make significant changes in their lives, and evolve their consciousness.
Tune in to hear Dr Joe speak to the power of the mind and how we can reframe our thoughts, beliefs, experiences, and feelings to change our reality. Whether you're looking to overcome limiting beliefs, increase your resilience, change your health, or create a different life for yourself, this episode has something for you. Tune in to this thought-provoking conversation and learn how you can harness the power of your mind to create the life you've always wanted!

I have been struggling with creating the new emotional feelings. I know I must finish reading your books. I know I need the program you offer to be prepared for a first workshop as there is too much missing for me in help with info& instruction. I've done the random meditation. When I have done meditation properly, the effect is miraculous. Outside myself stimulus ~like music, listening to your interviews, sudden experiences in nature that trigger my feelings of gratitude, love, bliss. I have lived my entire life in programmed conditioned taught by caregivers to be the victim ~high stress ~ work hard~ CPTSD reaction to real trauma. The story is real. I've not embellished it. Yet I have also worked 33 plus yrs to seek forgiveness, understanding that my caregivers did the best they could with how they were raised & the world they lived it. I'm now 63. I found you & your story, info, program at 60. The changing, in my perspective, is very healing. My body has been impacted with all the degenerative imbalances. The cost is horrific. I also have learned I can learn to live in a completely different reality of health. I know I can do this. Minimal activity with your help has Graced me with knowing this is not just possible it is certain reality. Thank you for showing me this very Simple reprogramming of my hard drive computer brain in my head through my Heart's mind. I'm excited. I was shocked at 60 yrs of age from stress & survival into knowing I've always been safe. The trauma was over at 18 - 20. So, 40 more years of me perpetuating the conditioning through retraumatizing myself stuck in not knowing that i didn't know what i did not know. My issues at this time are ~~~~ ~daily motivation = worthiness of health~love~ & ~freedom~ Meditate no matter what. Keep learning ~20 years of Western medical ineffective system (disease management) pharmaceutical drugs, & (pain management spinal shots, drugs) moved away from the drugs & find health care who knows this way of healing. My Spine injury at 24 now as Mrs jng entire body function, digestive system almost destroyed, autonomic * central nervous system not able to communicate across all systems. Communication breakdown restored to balance for healing. Learning how to create a chosen feeling without any outside myself stimulus ~ Continue to learn from all of you how to create my new life. Thank You ~ Bless You~ Here We Go!!!!

I went through the pandemic learning new things, and I didn't let it define me. We as a family were very blessed that we didn't lose any family members, nearly lost my sister but she cured herself in her flat and refused to go into hospital ad she believed if she did she would die. So she suffered by herself in her flat and drunk her herbal tea she made and with me sending her Reiki and her practising her breath exercise. Mind over matter as they say. 🙏

Consistency is the key. I had the same problem, but I enjoyed the meditations regardless. Every day. My life has changed! I have not healed anything but for example, my daughter who has not spoken to me in three years took contact! ❤ I had meditated then about three months. Sometimes twice a day. I’ve also read his books. They gave me more understanding to his meditations and actually, I hear every time something new from his meditations. I’ve chosen two meditations that I listen. Also I had difficult to imagine elevated emotions. But feeling gratitude is not too difficult when you start just seeing all kind of things that are well in your life. It also happened to me as he explains, that the first step is that you start to be conscious about your bad habits. It is really terrible. I almost got overwhelmed about the long list of my faults and failures! I thought tgatvthere is no other possibility tgan die, I’ve lived so wrong in many cases, made wrong choises. Then, you just must let them go. There is no other possibility. Interestingly, when you mercy yourself, you start to feel mercy for other people, too! You start to see their humanity in a different way. Just continue! You start to feel and see differently after some time! Two weeks is a short time.

Keep going and be gentle on yourself. I feel, for me, mediation trains my mind to come back to the present moment. It isn’t about no thought it’s about thought redirection. Also Dr Joes mediation (especially blessing of the energy centers) is a whole new level. I had no idea I could literally feel each energy center…not just imagine them. I can activate them at will now. Been doing his mediation almost a year

I have chronic pain too and finding daily meditation is really helping. I feel like it's a feedback between experiencing less pain, therefore less depression and hopelessness/helplessness, which itself reduces pain more. It will work for you too. Check out this channel(s): CST - Evolving Hearts (also PST - Evolving Hearts, London - Evolving Hearts.) These channels live stream different Dr. Joe meditations with breath prep. daily (except Saturdays) for various time zones. You need to tune in live because the streams go away afterwards. @@mmlfdxl Jump cuts are places where there has been a pause for any reason while recording. They are usually covered up by placing a reaction shot of the other person nodding, frowning, smiling etc. But nowadays it's sort of thought of as editing "style". But in this case It's probably that the host doesn't have the editing software or time to do it, because it involves removing the original video at the jump and replacing it with the reaction video over the original audio on the timeline. And I agree that Joe looks like he needs sleep. Probably over- working himself.

God is in the limbic area of the brain. One can become aware of this and gets connected to Him/Her only through Self Realization in Sahaja Yoga. This is the unique discovery of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a very simple method available for everybody. It is free of charge and requires only the pure desire of the seeker of truth to achieve it. Try to get it, as it works in all countries in Europe and America, as well as in India.
