A very basic principal in sales and marketing and yet so many people get it wrong. Steve, you've done a great job in giving tool to help businesses and in particular small business get it right, brilliant.

Hi Mohid - I do a number of things for things but it is perhaps best summed up in my tagline, 'helping individuals and organisations to become brilliant communicators'. I speak and coach on a range of communication topics and do a lot of work as a public speaking coach. Clients come away with confidence, clear messages and coherent communication strategies - leading to more sales, happy staff and happy customers.
