Thx buddy! I’ve invested mostly into 85. I’ve got some 86’s and 87’s. I’m def gonna invest more into 87’s now as I do think this is a good idea and I believe this could definitely happen.

I’d bet there is another event along with TOTY where you can use players from the other event to get TOTY collectibles like fantasy and prototype

Maybe but I think its less likely because fantasy is at the start of the year when no one has coins but TOTY people prep for in advance so I don't see it being super likely.

Been doing this past week currently over 50 87s most under 33-35k only a few k over 86s hopefully the investment hits

it was 40 last year but so were fantasy last year. This year fantasy were 36 so I'd assume around 36 collectables using the PUC trade in cost.

Whys the hype so high on team of the year? Theres no meta players predicted just mcdavid. Hughes is too small and they upgraded sooooo slow last year

The players should be the best players of the calendar year, no meta. I know what you mean, personally I not upgrading Q. Hughes unless his TOTY is absolutely insane. MCD and if MacKinnon gets toty those will be much better than Makar or Hughes.

It’s cause they’re popular players, loaded w/synergies, and only cards that keep upgrading to match other card releases automatically throughout the year without powerups (aside from team of the season, which don’t come out till end of season)
