Buying rental property should be approached with a lot of circumspection and forethought so as to get optimal returns and avoid a serious financial setback resulting from a wrongly-chosen property. There are a number of aspects to be considered when looking for an income-generating property. In this video, I explain what you need to look at while investing in a residential property for investment and also why you should look at it as an option. Hello sir, Your explanation with example is easily understandable and new way of reaping more rental returns from apartments, but as an alternative when investing Rental returns with mutual fund, when rent received per per year is 1.5L , if we invest that monthly rental 12500rs into sip of mutual funds every month, at the end of 10 yrs with 12% returns , we may get 29L. So the below calculation comes close to the investment we do in service apartments. New Flat value - 50L Appreciation - 25L Rental received per month - 12500 (1.5L / year) Rental invested in sip in equity mutual funds for 10 yrs - 29L Total = 50+25+29=1.04C

Hi Ramesh. Thanks for writing. I love Akshaya as a developer, and LOVE Today as a project. However, I don't think it's advisable for high rental yields. We are currently offering investors another structures product from Akshaya with 6+% potential yields. Do get in touch if your interested.

Something new i heard..but zolo vacated 16 floors total building in omr and t sold left out / furnished items...fridge geyser dinning table screen cloth rods etc....at reasonable price..i dont think after covid..this concept wont work out..as most companies looking for wfh options..rentals hit mainly ..

Hi sir , I want to buy house and I need to live in same place .this is first house for me I initially searched so many plots near pallavaram and kovilambakkam but budjet is constraint my total budjet I can offered is 70 laks inclooding building. I can't able to buy and finally I decided to go apartment with 3 bhk ..I selected rajparis gateway pallavarm where as my office is walkable and meets all requirement but people are saying why you buy apartment please suggest weather it is good option to go for it ..Rajparis gateway has total of 54 apartments with 45% UDS.. very near to radial road and gat road... just require sujjestion brother

How the investment will increase in real estate if we take on credit or housing loan. Only real estate ppl while selling they are marking high market value when we go for resale it is not equal to our investment including the bank interest. My view on real estate now a days is an asset only during any crisis period. but we cannot c the appreciation in our period may b in the next generation..

8% rental return agreements are for first few years.

First few years, between 5-9 years come with a lock in period. Subsequently, if the tenant continues you will still enjoy the higher rents and also, nine years is a long time. Most often, the rents in the area go up automatically and the returns seem more attractive compared to your initial purchase price.

Senseless, all this zolo and shared stuffs are complete failure i current scenario, Doshi zolo gives only 9000 for 40 lac price, no 18k as promised for my cousin, and ur video shows doshi!!! Please don't believe all these cheating builders and don't understand why u recommend such builders, pls don't go for short benefits and ur long term trust will go for toss , but ur videos are good
