That's why many suggest you don't use a sim. But if your content is good, you'll reach ppl from everywhere. I have 2 videos around 1.5mill views and my top audience are from the US on both videos and that's not even an eligible account

I think it is better to lunch TikTok app with VPN, even with paid version to avoid blockades in long time peroid. Did you did hard reset on your phone before loggin? Your native language TikTok would appear beacuse of previous data on your tiktok app such as location or your original/own account which I guess are made for Greece market...
