Best training for doing rounds, dude!! 2minutes per round. Think you can do a ten round fight?!?? See if you can do 2minutes skipping times # of rounds(10), 1 minute rest inbetween. Build up to that. Few can train up to 15 rounds.

I wish I had this when your content earlier in life. I remember when I was in fourth grade, we had a jump-roping unit in PE where we learned some basic moves and stuff. But the only explanation on how to actually jump was “move the rope and get the timing right.” I was unathletic and had never jumped rope before, so I could only make it over the rope once if I was lucky. But everyone else was succeeding, being able to jump dozens or hundreds of times without stumbling. And at the end of the unit, we had to group up, choreograph something and perform it. I remember at least 3/4 of the class watching me fail miserably. It was probably the peak of my athletic insecurity. Watching your content brings me a feeling of hope. Maybe things could have gone better, if someone had taken more time to teach and support me. It also has helped me start getting over pain I’ve associated with jumping rope which I didn’t realize I had. For that, I really appreciate your videos. Thank you for all the positivity and great content, as well as for showing off your mad skills. You are a light in this world.

Nope when I was a kid, skipping was only for girls so no boys dared even try to learn. (and yes, I know now as an adult, that boxers do it and no, I wouldn't call Tyson Fury a girl).
