I just got a request for a regular sedan for a jump start and the actual vehicle is slingshot .. i have the right tools but why would i bother when you know that nobody is gonna pay you for your time, not even the customer is gonna tip, let them tow it

Next time tell the customer that due to it being a specialty vehicle you are going to have to charge more. Usually $30. This forces them to either pay or understand why you won't do it. Call it billable labor or whatever you want. But NEVER do anything for free. I charge $5 air and $5 to test the alternator. I charge wait time if they aren't there or make me wait. I charge hazard fee for interstate calls. I charge more for calls down long dirt roads. Calls that have expensive vehicles. Out of area fee's. All that. Fuck working for free. McDonald's doesn't give shit away and they got billions. Why the hell would we?

@@roadsideguy5902 100% It was my first time getting a slingshot, next time i am gonna do that. I want to share that i charge from 50 to 75 for lugnut key extraction i tell them the option of getting towed or saving time and pay for this service.. works.. Lets keep our prices high ! Low voltage. Replace battery check engine light should go away.
