Hey, a genuine question here which I’m facing currently. If I fake the designation only from analyst to Software Engineer in reliving letter. Rest everything is correct. Then will it be caught in BGV ? My joining date is next week in MNC. Can you please suggest so that should I rectify it before joining by talking with HR or just let it be? Please advise on this.

Maybe it is possible, because he took a fake experience with any good cochin or company. The MNC company has a good BGV team and they will catch him. Now he is working. So he is so lucky bro.

Sir I have 2+ years of experience. I did not serve my 3 months notice period in my previous company as I was on leave without pay due to conflict with manager. Should I tell my new company that I was on leave without pay for 3 months as I don't have last 3 months salary slips, would they find it out in bgv the reason for leave without pay or I should just say it was due to medical reasons??

This is called an abscond case. just tell them, you have a medical condition. That's why , I left that organization.

@@Sharmason03 but brother in my case I have a notice period of 3 months and my company is a good one just I don't like the technology, so I want to switch for only a good company and not some service based But in case I cracked the interview and got the offer letter and resigned, but before joining the next company's HR tried to confirm I worked on Java or not , wouldn't I be rejected? And what's the level of expectation from a 1 year experienced developer, I can learn skills and make projects of my own, still I won't have any industry development experience with Java , would they expect me to work just after joining or willing to give me Knowledge Transfer for 2-3 weeks atleast?

Bhai, depending on the company, if you are applying for a small size company 10 to 100 employees, they don't have bgv team. then it's work. If you're applying to mnc company. Sure pakare jawoge. Subscribe please.

Sir i am applying 2 yrs of fake experience but within this 2 yrs I worked in tech mahindra in non tech for 6 months from jun 2022 to dec 2022. But i am showing in resume feb 2022 to present. And I also added non tech experience but with wrong dates ek saal piche kr diya hai like June 2021-dec 2021. Kya companies sirf relevant experience ka hi bgv krti hai yaa Sare previous companies me krti hai specially mnc companies. Muze clls aarhi hai aur interviews bhi schedule ho rhi hai after adding fake experience

Hi sir, thanks for the precise explanation. I passout M.Tech in 2016, after that I was into teaching for around 4 years. I switched to IT in 2021, by showing 3 years of experience which was fake. Now I have around 2.5 years of real experience as Sr. Software Developer. Everything is going fine now, but can you suggest me how to remove previous fake experience, while switching job as I joined as Senior Developer.

@@PrashantKumar-ty7iu some agencies will provide salary slips also and don't panic company also know this thing. ye sab ek circle hai issme job consultancy wale bhi paise chaap rhe hai aur HR bhi kyu ki real time 3 years experience salary jyada demand karta hai but fake candidate kum salary mein hire ho jata hai. Bakra sirf fake candidate hi banta hai aur kal ko aap pakde bhi jaoge to sab kuchh aap par hi aayega tab koi bachane bhi nhi aane wala. wo hi HR, colleagues aur managers call bhi nhi uthayega aur bol dega ki aap kalse mat aana aap ko abscond declare kiya gaya hai aur asset jama karne ko bol dege.meine khudne experience kiya hai. mein bhi ek indian bank mein tha data scientist k designation par 1 yr baad manager ne reverification karvake nikal diya. nahi experience letter mila aur nahi relievig letter. Bas kaam hone k baad istemal karke fek dete hai esse candidate ko. Ha agar chhoti consultancy hogi to shayad bach jaoge baaki to jitni badi company utne harami log. Naam bade darshan chhote. Aur ek cheez hai ki agar manager ya HR aapke state ka nikla to koi problem nhi hoga. mostly maharashtrian, UP and Bihar aur south walo ko koi problem nhi aati
