I give up. I cannot find a video that just simply tells you how to stop google on an android phone from constantly asking me to sign in on chrome app. Every single search comes up with this kind of stuff. Or comes up with results related to everything, like PCs, but not an android phone with the chrome app. Maddening thing. The app on a phone and the app on a pc are different when it comes to settings.

I don't know if this will work but go to history and click the "Cookies and other site data". Make sure the box is unchecked and then delete your history and image files. Make sure you are signed in before doing this and then, close google. Open it up and see if it works.
