One of the things about coaching is that some coaches will tell you What your doing wrong, but they have no idea why your doing it wrong or how to fix it. That is what separates good coaches from bad ones

I really needed this, you actually help me. One time I had a coach tell me “just hit the ball”. That was it. No tips, nothing. “Just hit the ball”. I appreciate you man.

When I load up my head moves about 5 inches down vertically and I need some help fixing this, any chance you could make a video on this?

The head can move down a bit when loading. Just make sure you are coiling and not just squatting. If you squat and load your quad you may jump forward during stride. Thanks for watching our videos!

My h.s. coach always told me to keep my chin tucked like a boxer. Imagine my chin superglued to the leading shoulder and it made a world of difference.
