If I have an addiction, it's listening to Satpal Singh! So blessed to be able to listening to his teachings. He explains in a way that we understand. When I go to running in the morning, I gave up to listening random music, I listen to Satpal Singh podcasts, like the Anand Sahib episodes. Love it ❤ it's a blissful moment to be outside in nature listening to this wisdom 🙌

Meditation eases the mind. I’m less angry with a simple quiet session in the morning. If the world spent some time on themselves, there would be more love for all !

The wisdom is obtained from the reading and understanding Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. This is the source that directs you to Naam.

I like how you mentioned “understanding”. Many people just read. Not blaming them, but Gurmukhi is a pretty old language, it’s hard to translate even for our elders. But that’s where channels like Nanak Naam help us.

@ kar D..Yes, if we have that curiosity to understand sikhi, we will take some time out of our "busy lives" with Mahraj's kirpa and will do a deeper khoj to better understand gurbani and then out ithehaas which will kind of reinforce our interest into knowing sikhi and we will sort of start getting Anand from this process which is going to make it an effortless and continuous journey of spirituality/sikhi/khoj/Anand/prem etc. 🙏

Most of the Sikh scholars spoke in Punjabi so they preached to others who speak Punjabi. Bhai Satpal Singh Ji and other Sikh KZfaq channels speak in English and this allows the message to be received by people who speak English. This approach of preaching in the English language has been very effective in modern times 🙏

@@manpreetjhutty6023 Spot on Manpreet. Totally agree. There is no competition here. Both are doing great. Other than language, it's reading, understanding, researching, analyzing, interpreting and disseminating with day-to-day life issues is something which is need of the hour. It's here Satpal Singh ji is at his best. I have heard some of Punjabi scholars too-again there is no comparison and there is no competition.

Music , Mantra and love . Chant a Mantra with love and make that your home base. Chant the song of life and connect to your inner life . Excellent interview and loved how open and fresh the discussion was. Lots of takeaways to apply -. You can use Mantras like Wow, Waheguru, Thank you to get started . Satpal Ji Maharaj ,Nomo Narayan, Meditation Is anti Concentration this may help in Stablising the Mind, but mind represents Moon which remains always under the Impacts of of Other Planet's that the native is Carrying from the Last birth,for Keshdaries Planetary Impacts is felt less as Compared to other people.
