How to? Join 100 Raids. Get Reshala 5 times. Be lucky to have him spawn where you check first. This can be Dorms, Bastion or Gas station. Be there before everyone else.

I have seen hime once for my first task. I killed all the guards and lit the man up but he runs down the stairs and gets killed by a pmc doing setup.

I got reshala while doing setup and found a golden tt but, for some reason I had an operational task to turn in a golden TT and did that and I realize that now it was a bad mistake. The reward was marginal
