Breastfeeding mom here. I’ve been fasting with CBG since April/May of 2022. Did TYOTB 2022, got married, got pregnant, and have a healthy TYOTB baby who is truly Covered by God. I fasted with CBG before, during and after the pregnancy. Still nursing and my baby misses no meals. I drink plenty of water, read plenty of scripture and take my prenatal vitamins with a 6pm salad every day from the 1st through 3rd of each month. Yes, I do feel hungrier nursing but I ask God for grace. The Holy Spirit revealed that a lot of my “hunger” cravings come from sugar addiction. Without the sugary food I don’t feel overly hungry. Pray for grace and yes… tell your body to produce milk! 🥛

i’m excited. last TYOTB fast was my first time doing it. immediately after the fast, God removed the wrong man from my life. also immediately after, I got to see my sister get engaged out of nowhere. truly life changing

I shared this testimony before ; however, God is leading me to share it again. I have been fasting with CBG since the beginning and started out on 13 different medications due to stroke ; however, as of 7/1/2023 I became medication free and on zero medications bc God did it. He told me to fast and I have been doing it ever since. People will try to discourage you but you can do it. God’s grace is sufficient. I’m am so thankful to God for this blessing that I asked for years ago! God did it!!! Just obey peeps!! So when people say you might can’t do it just know that is a plot from the enemy to keep you bound. 2 of the medications doctors said I would be on for life but God had other plans! Ty Lord for your sovereignty and power!

Tiphaniiii every time I fast, my mum says something that gets me upset and angry and the Lord revealed to me that the devil is trying to get me offended because she is the only one who can hurt me 😢God bless you for this revelation!!!!

I FORGIVE QUICKLY TOO AND I ASK GOD TO TAKE THE FEELING OF HURT AWAY AND MAKE IT LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED.

Lord I repent for telling my co worker I was fasting. I felt guilt especially once she told everyone else. I was only telling her because she’s a believer and I needed her to be in agreement with me on something. But Lord I repent.

When I say this was so refreshing to hear and watch!!! I was rolling in the beginning while you were testifying. I was the exact same way. A menace to society. I enjoyed fighting to the point where I found myself being jumped quite often. I got a kick out of punching people in the face or knocking them out cold until one time I was jumped by 7 bloods in Richmond Hill Queens. My temper escalated and I planned revenge. I was going to get a gun and kill every single blood involved until I was in a Sunday service, and literally a text came thru from a woman of God all the way in the Chicago at the time. She texted one of the leaders in the pulpit to warn someone in the congregation stating “there’s someone contemplating revenge, the Lord said do NOT! It will backfire” that word BACKFIRE stuck in my head and I immediately ran to altar and they prayed for me and I released it. To hear that our story is so similar blows my mind!!!!

When Tipphani mentioned how a fast can cause people to start cutting up I immediately thought about how I had decided to go on a fast and a known child molester in the family (also a relative ) used that opportunity to steal my number from my grandmom and wreck havoc on me verbally . I broke my fast in cursing at him and I couldn't get back on track all of that time and I struggled after that fast because it seemed as if he knew I was gonna be fasting . That really affirmed to me that demons truly do like to thwart you from fasting and your walk with God . I thank you for educating us Tipph

Jesus. I’m only 21 minutes into the video and this is my first time hearing Tiff tell us about going dry for the 3 day fast. I know before she fussed at somebody saying that didn’t want to eat anything 😮‍💨😩🤣 I’m so happy the Holy Spirit partnered with her this time so I don’t get yelled at because God has definitely been telling me to do the Esther fast. I have struggled with gluttony so long and I heard God tell me clearly that the only way I’ll beat it is to starve that thing out and feed my spirit only. I’m filled with so much joy because God is so intentional and faithful 😭 I was fasting alone because I didn’t want to be in opposition of with I know the covered by God ministry was doing but now I’ll go catch up on the day 1 video 🫶🏽

Just to help … another option to add to your salad during this fast in substitute for salad dressing is adding Olives & the olive juice as a salad dressing! Particularly Olives stuffed w/ Garlic! This is very hydrating for you bc of the naturally salty taste… which helps your body during the fast!

The fact that you said something is happening in May and that this fast will be different than any other one you all have ever done in Covered By God is more than enough confirmation for me that it’s God, this is my very first fast with you all and God has just been doing WONDERS in my life when I tell you breaking covenants left and right it’s truly amazing to experience thank you all for your obedience 🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️
