The screw method is good but idk about it being solid for a torso swivel I’d glue it in place at that point to secure the pieces together cuz ik for a fact they are going to come apart depending on the size of the screw also but the kitbash looks g asf

I don't know anymore how to open the bodies without damaging them😢 Even if I drill the body I can't get him open to take the arms off!

You should microwave water in a cup for 2 minutes, then dip half the figure in and wait 30 seconds or so (this will loosen the super glue hasbro used) and then drill small hole on side of figure and use something to pry it open. Works majority of the time, put in hot water longer if it doesn't crack clean.
