Just because someone doesn't appear on social doesn't necessarily mean they block you or unfriend you some people deactivate their profile for a certain amount of time you know another step you can tell if someone block you log into another profile

I _think_ someone blocked/unfriended me on facebook, but I can still see old comments they left for me years ago and I can still see their profile in FB messenger. Although, in the latter, if I send a msg it just shows an empty circle with a tick inside it. Any idea what any of this means? I am not very techno-savvy.

If you’re unfriended just block them lol. They’re still able to check your page I think. If they chose to unfriend you then they make it easier for you to block. They were never a good friend in the first place.

That's what I do if I was unfriended for some reason I blocked them after. I done that before. but they're not really friends if they unfriend you if you didn't do anything wrong 😢 that is.

You can always block their phone number, but that would only prevent them from calling you, but not anyone who they share your contact info with. I find that people who do this usually want only one-way communication that they solely control.

I got very sick from covid cleaner poisoning on the job,working away from home during the pandemic,I lost my job, which made me lose my phone,WiFi and way to get help! I ran out of food , rent !Nobody here knew me, no one came to check on me , my friends on Facebook assumed I didn’t want to talk to them! I had no way to let them know I needed help! I got sicker and sicker , the stimulus gave me a way to pay the rent and get food, but not the phone or foods that heal! Been a hard lonely scary recovery! Lost everything,everybody a little bit at a time! Make sure your friends are okay!

They talked me behind my back the sad thing is I needed them that day because I was being stalked in the mall. But those friends didn't want me near them for no reason. This friend randomly said I'm using them for money I'm like what what are they talking about I'm not using them 😢 that's all this friend was worried about. While I was going through a stalking situation in the mall. And they're all older people then me. They're all in there 60s. So instead of that friend someone else told me that I'm using them for money. Somehow that friend didn't come to me. 😢

How to make a difference with someone blocking and with a disabled account? I think that in the login page, there could be clues, but I am not sure.

If you're blocked try to log in into another account, if you see or search their profile it means that they blocked you in your other account. If you do not see the person in both of your accounts it means their account are disabled or deactivated.

they literally disappear from your page. Even comments or reactions that made on your posts show up as “no data available” and their name disappears.

If you can't see their profile, use other accounts to see it, if you succeed with no problems, that means your main acc has been blocked. Easy.

Blocking doesn't make sense to me whenever you block someone. They're not on your Facebook anymore. So you can't send them anything and they can't send you anything because they don't see you. So that's the same as deleting. Yet they have a button for deleting so I'm confused somebody explain this to me because I'm missing something?

I know how that feels 😢 I've been backstabbed talked behind my back 😢 that friend saying I'm using them for money. I didn't know they were saying that until their friend came up to me saying I'm using them for money I guess my horrible friend couldn't just say it to my face. 😢 So I blocked them on Facebook I confronted them first then blocked him. you know the worst thing is he's so much older than me he'd in his 60s. I'm in my late 20s. So ya I cute him out of my life completely cuz I didn't want this kind of stress in my life. Every time he comes near me in the mall I avoid. I think he try to come towards me and hearing him call my name when I got up and walked away.
