To take this strategy even further you can reach out to other B2B service providers who share the same client base. Think of coaches, consultants, softwares, industry associations, excetera. You could offer your services to them for free or heavily discounted so they can experience your services before referring you to their client base

Really good information in your videos! But what would help me and many others i think, would be a compact video with a structure on how to start. (1. find a niche, make a plan on what you offer, what tool,…) So all the things one need to do before the outreach. So a bit more of an overall video but not that detailed so that one can see the steps to start and then can inform about each step in seperate videos on your channel. (Maybe you can link the detailed videos about it when you talk about the specific step in the video)
