Hey Ryan, I want to replace steps coming out of basement and want to widen one side of wall for wider steps and place a storm door! I see you use rebar every other block! Sealing sides do you put concrete in holes or use some type of sealer for outside of blocks to prevent water seepage as steps are below coming up to ground level? Thanks for a reply!
