I find this system really cool and have ten lane wide freeway on my layout that this would look cool on. I would like to try this system out on. Is it possible to lay these self driving car wires under a Walters Modular street system? In that the modular street system does have a sires of open spaces under the city streets for something like this?

Hi Jan, congratulations on the video! I bought the faller laser street but I can't get the guide wire to stay in the groove: if I squeeze it on one side it lifts up on the other!!! Is it necessary to rework the entire groove of the laser street with the groove cutter 161669? Thanks Sergio

Do you know if any type of paint can be used over the wire or can you only use the Faller paint? How thick of a road surface can be added above the wire and it still work?

I don't understand why Faller doesn't try and market this for the U.S and Canada. There is growing interest from model railroaders in North America, but Faller should consider producing more American vehicles.
