Some observer noticed I still have an H chest. I cannot wear any of those winter choices. I have a really slim rib cage underneath and have been working out to try and shape my back. I need high waisted winterwear but without the hood as a hat would work better. I wear skirts at winter up here in the challenging North and fit well into medium winter hearty leggings which I wish matched a waistline perhaps sleeveless with wool sweater layering ideas. I am a medium in my lower body, my bustline is beyond 2x but underneath I am a small

Maybe you would be warmer if you didn't go outside in the cold in leggings 😅 I wear atleast 2 pairs of pants in the winter .. and on the cold days this is what i wear underneath my actual jacket.
