@@2010sourabh It's a fact that time has come a long way. Now, consider this that India has 6,40,852 villages and almost 70%people are based in villages. There is existence of numerous social evils like purdah, illiteracy, caste, discrimination against girl child, poverty and lack of awareness. Under such circumstances ,sex education is still a taboo. India is a country where religion and caste predominates every sphere of social life and under its influence such education is imparted through various filters. India is not America. The modernization concept in India is based on its own social constraints and it's not absolute. No matter what one says you can't openly discuss such topic openly.
