3:59 "set a high bar for your team and believe that they will actually succeed" 5:22 "it is better to under promise and over achieve than over promise and stretch the team to their limits in order to achieve the impossible" how to apply this in a workplace?

Very informative.Thank you! I had the lowest self esteem anyone could have. But through the years, I have seen a magnificent difference . I really on God solely to boost my self confidence. I was given a leadership role in church and today I saw the results of the work God has done in me to be a good leader. I know I won’t stop there. I know Can can do all things through God who strengthens me.And if God is for me who can be against me? All you said in this video I did before and it’s amazing how it has come to fruition. Your video is confirmation. Also great leaders are not domineering,’BOSSY’ condescending etc.If they are you have huge turnovers in jobs.

Great video again! The ability to work with others (teamwork) and get the most out of them is vital! For me, passion is the number one thing and being consistent on that passion. Just because your passion is there doesnt mean it will always be easy. Thanks so much for outlining some great points!

Lead Sport Psychologist of the Olympic Team had a conference on motivation topic that fits here: - How to tune yourself into “I love working” mood on Monday morning - What to do about ‘don’t like’ tasks - What on earth is the keyhole/chocolate pattern technique I don't have the material but it will be interesting to know about these black magic / occult science. It helps to be a better leader and be a better worker too.

Another inspiring, informative and uplifting video, Theodore. I want you to know that there are literally thousands (as in tens of and even hundreds of thousands) of people who truly appreciate all the time and hard work you put into these videos. Not that I mean to flatter, but you, at the young age you are, show all the earmarks of a person destined for greatness and impact. Your voice reminds me of one of those days when the sun is out and it's a little windy, but not too windy and not too hot, and you're walking around feeling like everything is possible and life is for the taking. You energize us, you lift us up and I hope you take as much pleasure in your output as we get motivated and uplifted by that output. You're a force for good, Theodore, a man who sheds light, a light that helps us to see where we are, where we're going and how to get there. Seriously, thank you.

Professionalism points like reliability, persistence and honesty are not a problem. Communication skills - always working on it. I need to improve my "passion" - if it is possible somehow :) Bureaucratic BS and multinational company policies killing passion so fast! That's the most difficult part for me. I'm trying, i'm learning, i'm teaching, i'm assigning task and setting goals according the skills and i'm giving opportunity to the individuals and the team for improvements, i also hold the team together after work, but i'm constantly loosing my faith in what we are doing. And it leads to anxiety and it is a slippery slope which drags me down too fast. I need to improve! I need to accept that shit happens everyday no mater how hard we work and failure is just a phase, not a destination. It's so hard though. I need thoughts that helps me find the passion that is lost in a project. I need something that i don't know what it is to focus on the positive things more. (eg: positive things that are actually happening) I'm thinking sometimes what if i'm loosing this position, then what will be missing? Sometimes those are the only positive things that i can grab.

I try to praise my siblings when they have improvement, but when I do, they respond in such a condescending tone, almost shocked that I would dare imply that they weren't doing as well in the past. I have since then given up on trying to build better teamwork with them, because I'm always looked down upon, always talked bad about, always laughed at, and always used as their punching bag.

Terrence, let me ask this: How do you keep the passion when all the task that your team is dealing with are lost cases before you starting them? How do you find the "i love this job" part when your job is to clean up the mess and take responsibility for actions that someone else f**d up? Give me some tips :)

YourNickIsTaken dont complain take full fuckin responsibility, beat the shit out of them if it's necesarry and do the unending back breaking work!!! Just show up. It's part of process... if you really love what you doing and you really passionate about it, you'll find way to get back up.

Leadership is being a good steward. If companies want to know why their floor workers won't "dance" for them, they need to look up the chain of command, not down. God's chidren only dance for "The Master" not those who lord their power over them. I will take the honest dancer over the dishonest power drunk fool who turns dancing into mind-numbing work every day.
