Do you mean African American or the fact that he's jacked? Only reason is I watch him because he's jacked like myself and interested in lots of stuff, but I'm Asian.

my grandmother had a very responsible job, any failure costed her own money, she told me same, also eat something in morning that needs chewing, because that stimulates bloodstream in brain

The entire video This is the entire thing you need to do right now is: 1. Be physically strong as much as you can, it increases productivity 2. Use the pomodoro technique where you work for 30 minutes and a break for 5 minutes. Do it subjectwise by the way. 3. Ask yourself and write it down: Will it work for me in long term? 4. Its not about how long you study, its about how productive you are while studying. 5. Eat 85% healthy food in your daily life and upgrade the percentage a little bit long day by day. 6. Get the basic done and I PROMISE it will help you 90 percent. 7. Patience is key 8. Practice relaxation and focus everyday for at least 30 minutes 9. Remove distractions 10. Quit brain damaging addicitons Thanks to the brother for the tips and it worked like a charm for me!

Spot on! ✅, though I would add, Pomodoro technique is not necessary for everyone. I find that I work better by taking breaks whenever I need to. But definitely try it first and see if it works. 👌

You left out consistency. As a total neurodivergent ADHD person, consistency seems impossible, as does focus. And patience my ass. If I had patience and some faith in myself, I'd be a completely different human being.

Oh my god, dude! You're what I want to be- creative and multitalented, having a love for many pursuits. And because you've put in the time, you have exceptionally useful advice on doing that. I think this is the best polymath channel I've come across. Thank you for these videos.

Hey Much Appreciated! 🙏, I was skeptical going against the grain with my info but I figure it can help people who just want a looser approach to things. And for sure! Take what you need from these.

plz make a video on developing discipline; I think that's the biggest thing that stops us from organizing and staying on our path, bec we quickly give up due to difficulty due to impatience, lack of self-discipline and adaptability.
@vaughngene
@vaughngene 10 күн бұрын
I agree, and funny enough, I have a video about Discipline. I’ll link it below. It’s in Japanese but it’s subtitled. I’ll be talking more about discipline in the future for sure because I do think it’s something that’s starting to be phased away unfortunately. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rrZ2e6hnyciomY0.htmlsi=FiRPJ0SbOj2UGI3_

I’m curious how this can be implemented when studying for an exam in university Or learn programming After a while when studying or basically sitting for a long time it’s somehow numbing even when changing the posture So it makes sense to stand up and move
@vaughngene
@vaughngene 11 күн бұрын
When I was in university, I would get up and go to the back of the classroom and just move around a bit quietly. Even standing up is good enough 👌 . Or revisit the info from class, later on when you are able to move around more freely Since you’ll probably be studying anyways. That’s the more realistic answer. Sometimes class is so boring that you have to restudy it anyways Lol

I can get into that sometime yeah! Keeping things in maintenance as we learn more. Especially because we don’t forget things as fast as we are led to believe. If that’s the case, that means we didn’t grasp it enough the first time 👌 Just like riding a bike!
