Being passholders from Atlanta, my wife, daughter and I utilize all 7 hacks stated in this video. Now that we know about the Kong tour, which is now the only tour we have not done, we will now have to go on that as well.

Rick we stayed at Portofino Bay last week and they delivered our park purchase to our room.

Never knew that the mummy had one. Have to look into that next visit.

Also you forgot a key point on Hogs Head bar... They took off the door handle to the external door side, so it's meant to be an exit only door. So you either have to wrestle through the line at the main door, which stinks, or you have to be sneaky. Either wait for someone to exit out the bar door and duck in, or go around back to the patio door.

Rick, they are taking packages to your room now. This is apparently not something that all employees have been told yet. The first day we were told to pick up at luggage service the next day. The next day it was just in out room. The next time we did this a lady training a new girl told us they are supposed to take it to your room now. We had the do not disturb card in our door so they didn't leave our package. We went to luggage service and they said they do not handle them at all anymore and to call a certain number. They ran it over to us since we were leaving the next morning. So they do leave it in your room but make sure you do not have do not disturb on your door. No idea if this varies by resorts but we were at Royal Pacific at the first of the month.

Had to watch twice to make notes!
