Hi John! Thank you for the kind words, and what a great business name you have there! I noticed you posted something about using LegalZoom to incorporate earlier. While I have never used LegalZoom, I always encourage people to retain a local attorney rather than using platforms like this. However, we have really great guides to help you register your LLC yourself. Additionally, getting an EIN is SO easy to do yourself. Fantastic information! If using a registered agent that also does LLC, they would automatically register the name of the LLC with the state? Is that correct? Also, I'm going to have to pay for my LLC with my personal credit card since I haven't opened my business bank account yet, so can I take this off of my taxes?

As far as naming with your name, can’t you register business as LLC, but use DBA or fictitious name?
