I finally got the poco dance. It took me at least a month of practicing slow throughout the day, every day. The variation took me the same amount of time, but only at medium speed.

The footwork of African has some house element's to it. The second move is like a heel toe but tougher because you have to quickly get the micro steps in. The first move is like a variation of skating. The leg kick is very michael jackson

What worked for me is that I didn't do the legs stepping out, I just jumped out straight (so rl cross and jump with legs out, ll cross and jump with legs out) hopefully u get it.
