Staying angry is exhausting. Joyce learned not to worry or be angry when others did things to hurt her but to focus on herself instead. When you reach heaven one day, you will only give an account for yourself, not others. God will not hold you accountable for someone else's actions. Focus on what you're doing, and don't stay angry about other people's actions.

Amen! I've spent a couple of weeks being sad and exhausted because of the injustice I experienced at work. I couldn't believe those bully co-workers got promoted. And I feel like everyone should know how mean they are. But Joyce is correct. Anger is indeed exhausting. And I can only be accountable for my own actions, so my job is to do the right thing whatever anybody else does.

This is true. Getting yourself so boiled over and mad makes you tired in your head and body. Your body is saying that it wants something else to do besides being mad and angry. Your body says, "Let's play and 💃 dance"😊❤
