NOTE: CS:GO keys are still tradeable provided you don't buy them ingame. TF2 keys can also be used with the Kalizar's bot.

You can't trade anymore (so all your game items on your steam will not be abled to be moved or sold) or play multiplayer in a bunch of games. You would still be able to play games though and purchase more I believe if you mainly just play single player stuff.
