I am currently training individuals to keep doors in a more upright position 1 in 4 to make sure that you aren't compromised by obscure vision, bracing the weight on the neck area, and not prone to gusts of wind.( I know, I know, in northern England the weather isn't as lovely as it looks your end.

Was intending to film a demo of what I think is a correct a door lift technique. With these points in mind what do you think of my thoughts up front?
